Tom represented Olson Construction Company, a general contractor who built the Bank of America high rise building downtown San Diego in the early 1990's and at the time had multiple offices throughout the Western United State as Buyer on 10 acres along Eastgate Mall at Olson Drive.

Tom represented a Fortune 100 company, Tektronix Inc. in a Build to Suit 10 Year Triple Net Lease deal in the Hazard Office Park in Kearny Mesa directly with the owner, The Hagard Companies.

Tom represented Moceri Produce in their acquisition of 7.5 acres on Miramar Place for their development of their 1000,000 sf warehouse facility which made it possible for the owners several years later to sell the business to Kraft Foods.
