Over the past 35 years Tom has represented buyers, sellers, investors, developers and partners in residential and investment real estate. Some Fortune 500 companies that Tom has personally represented are: Pacific Bell, Tektronix, Inc., Fieldstone Communities, Air Touch Cellular and many local and regional companies in their acquisition and disposition of real estate ranging in size from 10,000 sf to 100,000 sf. In 1995 Tom represented Lowe Enterprises, who at the time were buying over $300 million of real estate each year, in their offering of $18 million on the Class “A” Stone Crest Office Project in San Diego. This was the highest and best offer presented to the Bank of California. Whether it’s consulting for Security Pacific Financial Services (a division of Bank of America) for their retail acquisitions throughout the United States or representing individual homeowners and investors, Tom brings an enormous background of negotiating and marketing experience and expertise to any deal regardless of the situation or circumstances.

Stone Crest Office Complex. Tom procured the highest and best offer in the fall of 1995 of $18,250,000 to the Bank of California by representing Lowe Enterprises who at the time were purchasing over $300 million in real estate per year. In assessing value, Tom came within $25,000 of the MAI Appriasal of $19,000,000 of the then existing two office buildings consisting of approximate 215,000 sf and comprising over 18 acres.
In assessing value with only a one page Tenant Roster, Tom negotiated the more $16.2 million sale of 24 multifamily unites and 20-unit assisted living facility in San Diego from and undisclosed seller and buyer. Escrow closed in June 2015.
